# Booking Terms & Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the Client and Fatih Ertugrul Aydin ("Photographer"), owner and operator of the photography services offered through this website.

By booking photography services through this website, the Client agrees to the following terms:

### Scheduling & Property Readiness

The property must be photo-ready upon the photographer's arrival. Delays caused by cleaning, staging, construction, occupants, or property access issues may result in reduced coverage, additional fees, or rescheduling.

### Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivered images and media remain the property of the Photographer until full payment has been received.

### Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In cases of severe weather or circumstances beyond either party's control, the session may be rescheduled without penalty.

### Media Delivery

Photography deliverables are typically delivered within 24-48 hours after the shoot. Video deliverables are typically delivered within 24-72 hours, depending on project scope and editing requirements. Same-day delivery, when available, is considered a rush service and may incur additional fees.

### Copyright & Usage

The Photographer retains copyright to all images and media. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for marketing, listing, portfolio, and promotional purposes related to the photographed property.

Images, videos, and other delivered media may not be altered, manipulated, used for machine learning, AI training, dataset creation, generative AI systems, or modified using artificial intelligence tools without the Photographer's prior written consent.

Images and media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to third parties without written permission unless otherwise agreed.

### Property Access & Liability

The Client is responsible for securing access to the property and obtaining any necessary permissions. While reasonable care will be taken during the session, the Photographer shall not be liable for pre-existing property conditions, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages.

### Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session, the Photographer may use the images and media for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, publication, and promotional purposes.

### Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

By completing a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
